Rangeland Fire Danger Statement
National Weather Service Sioux Falls SD
346 PM CDT Thu May 2 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Expect fire danger to remain low for the next several days thanks
to recent rains. Friday will see minimum RH`s in the 30s and 40s during
the afternoon hours with highs in the 60s to lower 70s. A cold
front will dive southeastward across our area during this time,
resulting in another round of showers. Gust could approach 20 MPH
at times. Otherwise, look for largely quiet conditions to prevail
this weekend, with highs remaining in the 60s and minimum RH
values in the mid 30s to upper 40s.
