...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL FREESTONE AND EAST CENTRAL LIMESTONE
COUNTIES...

At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Groesbeck, Teague, Fairfield, Lake Limestone, Freestone, Donie,
  Farrar, Dew, Lanely and Box Church.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Dangerous flash flooding is occurring or is imminent. Do not attempt
to travel unless you are fleeing flood waters. If you are in an area
subject to flooding, move to higher ground now.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
