...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CDT EARLY THIS
MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN PALO PINTO, PARKER AND SOUTHERN WISE
COUNTIES...

At 429 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain have moved out of Wise, Parker, and Palo Pinto counties.
Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen overnight. This amount
of rainfall means some low water crossings may be flooded.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Weatherford, Mineral Wells, Briar, Pecan Acres, Reno, Springtown,
  Brock, Hudson Oaks, Rhome, New Fairview, Aurora, Boyd, Graford,
  Poolville, Cool, Lake Mineral Wells, Lake Weatherford, Newark,
  Annetta North and Millsap.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
