...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Erath and Hood County in North Texas

* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Emergency management reported flooding due to heavy rain in
    the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5
    and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Stephenville, Granbury, Pecan Plantation, Lipan, Bluff Dale,
    Morgan Mill, Oak Trail Shores, Squaw Creek Reservoir,
    Huckabay, DeCordova, Cresson, Tolar, Stockton Bend, Waples,
    Mambrino, Paluxy, Patillo, Lake Granbury, Selden and Acton.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
