Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
538 PM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024

Afternoon temperatures had a wide spread this afternoon thanks to
a difference in cloud cover and an approaching cold front. Highs
in north-central near the Upper Peninsula border remained in the
upper 40s, but areas of the Fox Valley go into the upper 70s, a
difference of 30 degrees!

As the cold front continues to progress across the area, expect
windy conditions to persist and cloud cover to increase in the
areas that were sunny through the day. There may yet be a
thunderstorm in portions of east-central Wisconsin, but overall
most of the rain and storms will remain south through the evening.

Tonight, winds will subside and quiet conditions will dominate
most of the region for the overnight hours. Low temperatures are
expected to range from the middle 30s near the Upper Peninsula
border to the upper 40s to lower 50s near the Fox Valley. The next
chance for rain arrives early Sunday and overspreads the region
through the early afternoon.
