burn site this afternoon. This will create low
winds within a fairly deep surface mixed later.
Good confidence is had in northerly transport
winds remaining below 10 mph, while 20 FT winds
also remain low, generally in the 3-6 mph range
aligned north-north easterly before 2 PM, then
shifting more easterly during the afternoon.
