...A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT SUNDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations 8 to
  12 inches above 6,000 feet. Additional snow accumulations 6 to 8
  inches from 5,000 feet to 6,000 feet. Additional snow
  accumulations 4 to 6 inches from 4,000 feet to 5,000 feet.

* WHERE...The Sierra Nevada.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you plan to travel, consider alternate strategies. If you must
travel, remember to carry tire chains, plenty of food, a good deal
of water, warm clothing, and a flashlight in your vehicle in case
of an emergency.

  5,000 feet to 6,000 feet. Total snow accumulations of an inch or
  less from 4,000 feet to 5,000 feet.

* WHERE...Piute Walker Basin, Tehachapi, Grapevine and Frazier
  Mountain Communities Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM PDT tonight until 5 AM PDT Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the morning and evening commute.
