Quiet weather conditions prevailed across central and eastern
Kansas this afternoon with mostly sunny skies. Afternoon
temperatures were in the 70s with light southwest winds.

A few showers and storms will be possible across central Kansas
this evening. Severe weather is not expected with this activity,
meanwhile the rest of the region will remain dry overnight.
Overnight lows will range from the 40s in central Nebraska, to the
upper 50s in central Oklahoma.

On Tuesday, a cold front will push southward across the region
with showers and storms expected to develop along the front late
Tuesday afternoon over Iowa southward into eastern Kansas. Some of
the storms could become severe. Daytime highs will range from the
70s in eastern Nebraska, to the 90s in southwest Kansas.
