...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN SULLIVAN...EASTERN KNOX...MARTIN...GREENE AND
DAVIESS COUNTIES...

At 1024 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Linton to 10 miles north of Washington to 8 miles
north of Petersburg, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported trees and power lines down in
         Knox County.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Washington, Linton, Bloomfield, Shoals, Bicknell, Loogootee,
Worthington, Odon, Dugger, Lyons, Elnora, Monroe City, Wheatland,
Plainville, Sandborn, Montgomery, Edwardsport, Switz City, Newberry,
and Crane.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
