TO 10 PM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots.
  Waves 3 to 5 feet this evening, subsiding to 2 to 4 feet Tuesday
  afternoon, then building to 7 to 10 feet Tusday night.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 10 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
