The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Noble County in northeastern Indiana...
  Northern Whitley County in northeastern Indiana...
  Southeastern Kosciusko County in north central Indiana...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 1157 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pierceton,
  or near Winona Lake, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winona Lake, Tri-lakes, Albion, Churubusco, Pierceton, Etna,
  Larwill, Ridinger Lake, Green Center, Merriam, Wilmot, Lorane, Blue
  Lake, Big Lake, Goose Lake, Loon Lake, Ormas, Wolflake, Bear Lake,
  and Wooster.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
