...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LOGAN...SIMPSON...
SOUTHWESTERN ALLEN AND SOUTH CENTRAL WARREN COUNTIES THROUGH 630 AM
CDT...

At 600 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Portland, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Woodburn, Allen Springs, Black Jack, West Fork, Clare,
Geddes, Mcelroy Ford, Alonzo, and Red Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
