...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including southwestern
  San Luis Obispo County and western Santa Barbara County.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over
  roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1222 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in
    the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Lompoc, Pismo Beach, Santa
    Ynez, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Solvang, Los Alamos, Orcutt,
    Isla Vista, Goleta, and Buellton.
