.DISCUSSION...
A weak storm system moving north of the area will bring increasing
clouds to the Rx area Thursday through Thursday evening, with a low
chance of wetting rain. Rain amounts, if any, will likely to be
around 0.02 inch. Clearing skies are expected on Friday with
increasing southwest winds ahead of a stronger storm that will affect
the area Friday into the weekend with significant wetting rain
expected.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (50-60 percent) then becoming
                    mostly clear (10-20 percent).
Min temperature.....38-40.
Max humidity........80-85 percent.
Eye level winds.....South winds 5 to 7 mph shifting to the west
                    4 to 6 mph overnight.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 8 to 15 mph shifting to the west
                    8 to 12 mph overnight.
