.Summary...
Going by the averages, winter was warm...two degrees above the 30-
year mean. For the third winter in a row, rainfall was above average,
though not quite as significantly as last year and 2018. Measurable
snow fell for the first Winter in two years.

.Seasonal Temperatures...
The average high, low, and seasonal temperatures were the warmest
since 2016-2017. The average low and average seasonal temperatures
were the 10th warmest on record.

There were 24 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which
was the fewest since the winter of 2016-2017.

.Seasonal Precipitation...
Though above the 30-year average, this was the driest Winter since
2016-2017. It was the first winter since then to feature rainfall less
than 15 inches for the season.

There were 39 days with measurable rainfall.

.Seasonal Snowfall...
This was the first Winter with measurable snowfall since the Winter
of 2017-2018.
