.DISCUSSION...Dry weather prevailing through Thursday with surface
high pressure over far northern California. Gusty north to northwest
winds reaching hill tops and mountain tops in the East Bay, transport
winds also increasing. At this point it does not appear favorable for
gusty winds to reach the prescription site, however nearby observations
should still be closely monitored. An upper level low pressure system
and surface cold front will bring rain to the Bay Area Friday night
and Saturday.
