CDT...

At 217 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Valley, or 6 miles northwest of Elkhorn, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Northern Omaha, Blair, Bennington, Elkhorn, Valley, Waterloo,
  Kennard, Leshara, Flanagan Lake, Standing Bear Lake, Florence, and
  Washington.
