This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorm chances return on Tuesday evening and will continue
through Saturday as a series of storm systems approach the
Southern Plains. There is a marginal risk of severe storms in
southwest Oklahoma and western north Texas on Tuesday evening and
Tuesday night. The severe weather potential will increase across
all of Oklahoma and western north Texas on Thursday and/or
Friday.

.Fire Weather...
Breezy south winds will create elevated fire weather conditions in
northwest Oklahoma on Monday afternoon, as will breezy
northeasterly winds on Tuesday afternoon. The main area of concern
will be in portions of northwestern Oklahoma that have received
very little rainfall over the last few weeks. On Friday afternoon,
elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions will likely
develop in western Oklahoma and far western north Texas as a
dryline is expected to move into the area bringing very low
humidity and gusty southwest winds.
