* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. 5 to 7 ft building to 6 to
  8 ft Tuesday morning. West winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to
  25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... First Ebb...Ebb current of 5.11 kt at 841
  AM Monday. Seas 7 ft. Second Ebb...Ebb current of 2.2 kt at 933
  PM Monday. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Third Ebb...Ebb current of 4.71 kt
  at 941 AM Tuesday. Seas 8 to 9 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
