This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A level one of five risk of severe thunderstorms will result ahead of
a powerful low pressure system today, mainly between noon and 9 PM.
Damaging wind gusts and hail will be the primary hazards, although an
isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. In addition, locally heavy
rainfall could produce isolated instances of flash flooding,
especially in urban areas.

Finally, occasionally windy conditions are expected Thursday through
Friday, with gusts between 30 and 40 mph possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
