* High pressure over the region will lead to a warming trend through
  mid-week. More uncertainty in the pattern arises Thursday, with a
  20% chance for a low pressure system to bring increased winds,
  shower chances, and cooling temperatures through the weekend.

* Conditions overall remain dry this week, with the exception of a
  slight chance for afternoon-evening thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.

* Breezy westerly winds are expected through Wednesday, becoming easterly
  on Thursday.
