At 951 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported high water on roadways near Argillite and Rush due to heavy rainfall from prior thunderstorms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rainfall from prior thunderstorms. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Naples, Coalton, Oldtown, Princess, Greenbo Lake, Rush, Flatwoods, Russell and Bellefonte. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
