...The National Weather Service in Charleston WV has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...West Virginia...

  Ohio River At Belleville Lock affecting Wood, Jackson and Meigs
  Counties.

For the Ohio River...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll
free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Belleville Lock.

* WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Ohio State Route 124 is flooded north of
  Stiversville Road, at Rock Run, at Wells Run to Smith Ridge to
  Dewitts Run, at Forked Run, at Curtis Hollow Road and between Long
  Bottom and Shade River. Ohio State Route 124 near the Washington
  and Meigs County line is flooded.
  At 38.0 feet, Route 124 towards Racine is flooded. Sections of
  Ohio State Route 248 at Sand Hill are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 32.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 39.7 feet early Sunday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    39.9 feet on 03/13/2011.
