SOUTHWESTERN GILES...NORTHEASTERN BLAND AND SOUTHEASTERN MERCER
COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM EDT...

At 107 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Willowton to Kimberling. Movement was northeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Narrows...
Peterstown...
Rich Creek...
Glen Lyn...
Mechanicsburg...
Willowton...
and Chapel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Locally heavy rain, at the rate of two to three inches per hour,
will quickly reduce visibility and result in ponding of water on
roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and minor flooding of
creeks, streams, and areas of poor drainage.
Drivers are urged to slow down and use extra caution to avoid
hydroplaning.
