.DISCUSSION...
Fair and dry weather today with a typical sea breeze. Marine
layer to deepen tonight into Tuesday and remain deep through
Wednesday, increasing humidity, but clouds and fog are not
expected to reach Mt. Laguna. Thursday morning a very deep marine
layer will arrive with high humidity and a few light showers, but
wetting rains are unlikely. Late Friday stronger winds will
develop and another chance of light showers. Winds will be
onshore and lending to higher humidity.
