...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River At Rockland affecting Jasper, Polk, Tyler and
  Angelina Counties.

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Angelina, Tyler, Houston,
  Trinity and Polk Counties.

  Neches River Near Alto affecting Anderson, Trinity, Cherokee and
  Houston Counties.

  Neches River Near Neches affecting Anderson, Cherokee and Houston
  Counties.

For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water will begin to flood several
  secondary roadways especially in the Fox Landing community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 28.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 29.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 24.6 feet Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    29.0 feet on 03/07/1992.

  paths, and trails.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.9 feet Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.0 feet on 02/22/1991.

  heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
  completely inundated.

  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 18.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 17.5 feet Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
