...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Colorado
River and Llano River...

For the Colorado River at Winchell:
  * At 200 AM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 17.86 feet.
  * Action Stage:   24.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    26.0 feet.
  * Forecast: rise to a crest near 24.4 feet around 1 pm on sunday
  afternoon.


For the Colorado River at San Saba:
  * At 200 AM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 4.0 feet.
  * Action Stage:   25.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    30.0 feet.
  * Forecast: rise to a crest near 25.7 feet around 7 am on monday
  morning.


For the Llano River at Junction:
  * At 215 AM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 3.36 feet.
  * Action Stage:   12.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    16.0 feet.
  * Forecast: has fallen below action stage. this will be the last
  forecast for this point.


For the Llano River at Mason:
  * At 230 AM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 10.89 feet.
  * Action Stage:   11.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
  * Forecast: will remain near the action stage of 11 feet today and
  then begin a fall this evening.
