At 1128 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers mostly west of a Bartlesville to McAlester line. Showers
were heaviest in Okfuskee county in Oklahoma and was more widespread
in northcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the southeast at around 25
mph. Radar estimated precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of
an inch last hour. Coverage increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and early this afternoon,
partly sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 67 to 74 degrees and east winds 5 to 10 mph.
