At 842 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in Pawnee
and Osage counties in Oklahoma. It was more widespread in
northcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the northeast at around 40
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around
an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this evening , late this evening and
into overnight, mostly cloudy, occasional showers and thunderstorms.
Some thunderstorms may be severe .
