...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northeast
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig, Creek, Nowata,
Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington OK.

No additional rainfall is expected overnight. Therefore, the Flash
Flood Watch is being cancelled, however ongoing flash flooding may
continue through the early morning hours until water recedes.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including
  the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Okfuskee. In
  northeast Oklahoma, Delaware, Mayes, Okmulgee and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 1 to 3 inches of rain will be possible over a short period of
    time as potent storms move over an area where the ground is
    already saturated from previous rains.
