...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.
* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs.
Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125
near the fairgrounds will be closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is cresting at 19.9 feet currently, and
will remain at 19.9 feet thru this evening before slowly
falling late tonight into Friday morning. It will then fall
below flood stage late Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
