WILL BEGIN TO WARM EARLY IN THE WEEK. CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL
INCREASE BY TUESDAY...AS A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES INTO
THE GREAT LAKES. WINDY AND COOL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AFTER THE
LOW MOVES AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
