Southerly flow will gradually increase in the area overnight and
into the day on Tuesday as a weak frontal boundary moves into the
area. This will allow for scattered showers in the afternoon and
evening, which may linger into the overnight hours before drier
conditions return during the day on Wednesday. Much above normal
temperatures will continue through midweek as the front washes out
in the area. This warm trend will continue into the second half
of the workweek before a storm system moves toward the Ohio Valley
by the end of the week, which will allow for increased chances
for showers and thunderstorms.
