A WET MONTH WITH NEAR NORMAL TEMPERATURES OCCURRED IN JULY. 5.98
INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN JULY AND WAS 3.19 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. JULY
OF 2016 WAS THE TENTH WETTEST MONTH ON RECORD. THE WETTEST JULY ON
RECORD OCCURRED IN 1952 WITH 8.42 INCHES.

A DAILY RECORD RAINFALL OCCURRED ON JULY 11 WITH 2.11 INCHES. THE
OLD RECORD WAS 1.71 INCHES SET IN 1931. ANOTHER DAILY RECORD
RAINFALL OCCURRED ON JULY 9 WITH 1.37 INCHES. THE OLD RECORD WAS
1.20 INCHES SET IN 2003.

TEMPERATURES FOR JULY WERE NEAR NORMAL. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
