Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Warm front over the coastal waters move west this
mornign with southeast winds to increase today and strengthen
Saturday. Patchy fog is thinner this morning and is expected to
remain sparse today with thicker patches developing tonight. Small
craft advisories may been necessary for the Laguna Saturday with
marginal winds and seas on the Gulf waters. Another weak cold
front to move slowly through the coastal waters later Sunday into
Sunday night provide light to moderate northeast winds through
Monday. Surface high pressure moves east Monday night and Tuesday
with light to moderate southeast winds resuming.
