Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A pair of cold fronts will pass through the Lower
Texas Coast during the next several days. The most adverse marine
conditions, possibly featuring Small Craft Advisories, are likely
to occur around the end of the week. Otherwise, favorable marine
conditions are anticipated through the remainder of the forecast
period.
