.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure should build over central Texas tonight allowing
for winds to continue to decrease into Tuesday. Winds become east
during the middle of the week with high pressure moving over the
southeast U.S. Southerly return flow increases by the end of the
week with a cold front pushing off the coast Saturday night.
