Florida Bay...Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to
south of Dry Tortugas...and the extreme southeastern Gulf of
Mexico...including The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary

Seas are given as significant wave height...which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas
424 PM EDT Wed Oct 18 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal system located near the Florida Keys will
gradually dissolve tonight and Thursday. Winds and seas will
increase late Thursday night through Friday Night in response to a
building anticyclone centered over the Mid-Atlantic states, with
moderate to fresh breezes on all waters friday through Sunday
Night. Winds and seas will let down again early next week.

The Approximate Shoreward Edge of the Gulf Stream current as of
October 17th, 2017,

17 NM South of Dry Tortugas Light...on Loggerhead Key.
 2 NM South of Cosgrove Shoal Light...off the Marquesas Keys.
 5 NM South of Sand Key Light...off Key West.
 Less than 1 NM South of Looe Key...off Big Pine Key.
 1 NM South of Sombrero Key Light...off Marathon.
 2 NM Southeast of Alligator Reef Light...off Islamorada.
 2 NM Southeast of Molasses Reef Light...off Key Largo.
 1 NM East of Carysfort Reef Light...off Ocean Reef.
