Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 20Z...or 1 PM PDT...A 998 MB low was
located over northern Montana with a weak cold front extending
into southern California. High pressure building in behind the front
will likely bring Gale force winds across the Outer Water later this
afternoon through tonight.
