.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure is building over the waters and will continue to
strengthen through into the first part of next week. The only
exception is a weak low pressure center which will move into
northern waters Saturday evening before dissipating.

Sat morning.
