LINE TODAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT WITH
EVEN STRONGER WESTERLY WINDS THROUGH MONDAY. MARINERS SHOULD REMAIN
IN PORT UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE. BY TUESDAY WINDS BEGIN TO SUBSIDE
BUT RESIDUAL LONG PERIOD SWELLS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE
