RAIN HAS MOVED OFF TO THE SOUTH AND NO MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE
SHORT TERM...SO THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
RUNOFF FROM PREVIOUS RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PROBLEM AND FLOODED
AREAS WILL BE SLOW TO DRAIN. BE CAUTIOUS DRIVING THIS MORNING AS
SOME LOW WATER CROSSING WILL STILL BE IMPASSABLE.
