...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM CDT FOR
GRENADA COUNTY...

At 921 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain due to
thunderstorms with numerous roads flooded around the city of Grenada
and across the county. 3 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grenada, Leflore, Gore Springs, Elliott, Bew Springs, Misterton and
Holcomb.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
