NORTHWESTERN REEVES COUNTY...

AT 1232 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO
DETECT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
RADAR ESTIMATES ALMOST 4 1/2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN LESS THAN
3 HOURS NORTHWEST OF ORLA.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO RED BLUFF AND
ORLA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STREAMS AND DRAINAGES AFFECTED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...PECOS
RIVER...SALT CREEK...FOURMILE DRAW...CHINA DRAW AND COTTONWOOD CREEK.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. ACT QUICKLY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
