  EAST CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO...
  SOUTHEASTERN HARDING COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 442 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN JUST
  UPSTREAM OF UTE RESERVOIR. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY...PARTICULARLY
  MOSQUERO CREEK AND AREAS ALONG TRIGG ROAD.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF EAST CENTRAL
  SAN MIGUEL AND SOUTHEASTERN HARDING COUNTIES.
