* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN BANDERA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF UVALDE...

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 308 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS HAVE
  DETERMINED THAT RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF REAGAN
  WELLS...OR 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LEAKEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5
  MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  CONCAN...GARNER STATE PARK AND UTOPIA

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
