THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BANDERA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1015 AM CDT

* AT 720 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MOST OF BANDERA COUNTY. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE ALREADY FALLEN...WITH HIGHEST AMOUNTS INDICATED BY RADAR TO
  BE ALONG FM ROAD 337 ABOUT 5 TO 15 MILES WEST OF THE TOWN OF
  MEDINA. FLASH FLOODING MAY ALREADY BE OCCURRING OVER THIS LOCATION.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  MEDINA...BANDERA...TARPLEY...VANDERPOOL...PIPE CREEK...LOST MAPLES STATE
  PARK...BANDERA FALLS AND LAKEHILLS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

STAY AWAY OR BE SWEPT AWAY. RIVER AND STREAM BANKS AND CULVERTS CAN
BECOME UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE.
