* AT 402 PM MDT...A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED 7
  MILES SOUTH OF FRANKTOWN...OR 30 MILES NORTH OF COLORADO
  SPRINGS... MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. UP TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN FELL
  IN JUST 10 MINUTES NEAR TOMAH ROAD SOUTH OF CASTLE ROCK.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SOUTHERN CASTLE ROCK AND LARKSPUR.
