THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS ISSUED AN

* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  WESTERN CAMERON COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.
  SOUTHEASTERN HIDALGO COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.

* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* AT 215 AM CDT...RIVER GAUGE DATA REPORTED THAT THE ARROYO
  COLORADO HAD RECEDED TO 16.7 FEET AT HARLINGEN NEAR ARROYO
  PARK. THE ARROYO CRESTED AT 16.9 FEET TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND IS
  NOW SLOWLY DECREASING. THE ARROYO WAS FLOWING OVER LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS IN PORTIONS OF CAMERON COUNTY...WHICH MAY CONTINUE FOR A
  TIME UNTIL THE ARROYO LOWERS TO A MORE NORMAL LEVEL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
