* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN TIOGA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 430 AM EDT

* AT 224 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS...AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL
  LIKELY FALL NORTH OF MANSFIELD...TO THE EAST OF ROUTE 15.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  MANSFIELD...ELKLAND...LAWRENCEVILLE...MILLERTON...KEENEYVILLE...
  TIOGA...ROSEVILLE...TIOGA JUNCTION AND MANSFIELD UNIVERSITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
