* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT

* AT 720 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
