* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 439 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY WESTWARD ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS
  OF BALDWIN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL WITH
  ISOLATED AMOUNTS NEAR 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER THE ADVISORY AREA
  DURING THE PAST HOUR AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 1.5 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE.
  HEAVY RAINS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND LOW
  LYING AREAS AND WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RUNOFF WILL CAUSE SMALL CREEKS TO RISE. PONDING OF
WATER AT NORMAL LOW WATER CROSSINGS IN RURAL AREAS CAN BE EXPECTED.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOODED ROADWAY.
