...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM MDT THURSDAY FOR
NORTHWESTERN CAMPBELL COUNTY...

FLOOD WATERS ARE MOVING DOWN THE POWDER RIVER...AFTER A RECORD CREST
OVER 15 FEET AT SUSSEX IN EASTERN JOHNSON COUNTY EARLY MONDAY. WATER
LEVELS CONTINUE TO RISE BETWEEN ARVADA WYOMING AND MOORHEAD
MONTANA...AND THIS STRETCH OF THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO CREST TODAY.

ROADS...PASTURES...AND FARMLAND ALONG THE POWDER RIVER WILL BE
FLOODED IN EXTREME NORTHWEST CAMPBELL COUNTY AS THE WATER FLOWS
DOWNSTREAM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
